Toddler Room – February Newsletter

Welcome to the Toddler’s newsletter

Firstly, I would like to thank all the parents for their patients with the changes that have recently happened in the Toddler room. We would like to welcome the new children, Miss Kim and Miss Aman.

Miss Kim has been in the industry for seven years, in this time Miss Kim has completed cert three and Diploma in children’s services and currently studying her Bachelor in Early Childhood. Miss Kim has a strong Indian background.

Miss Aman Has worked in the industry for a long time, in this period Aman has completed her advance diploma and currently studying her Bachelor in Early Childhood.

The past few weeks, we have been getting to know your child’s likes, dislikes, development, and planning appropriate activities to support this.

During this period, we have looked at colours, counting, physical games, fine motor skills and playing with our cool toys.  As you can see that the environment has gone through a dramatic change, this change was designed and planned on the children’s interest and learning. If you have any input, this would be greatly appreciated.

In the next few weeks, we will be looking at our body, how it works and what we should be eating. We will be continuing on colours, our fine motor skills, counting, healthy eating and individual learning.
